I accept cash, check, and all major credit cards. Patients who choose to pay privately have the benefit of not having diagnostic and treatment information shared with their insurance providers, and having treatment dictated or restricted by insurers. Appointments are typically 45-55 mins on a weekly basis; however, this can modified based on the needs of the individual or assessment by Dr. Duda.

• Intake/diagnostic interview (60 mins): $280

• Follow up appointment (45-55 minutes): $250

• Cancellation fee:

  • Less than 24 hour notice: Full session fee

I am currently an in-network provider for:

• Blue-Cross/Blue Shield (HMO and PPO)

I am in the process of becoming an in-network provider for:

• Allways Health Partners ASO Members (Partners Employees and Dependents only)

• United HealthCare Student Resources (Tufts University students only)

OUt of Network

I am an out of network provider for all other insurances. Many insurance plans offer out of network mental health care benefits, and will reimburse you for a percentage of the cost of our sessions. Here are some questions that you may ask your insurance company:

• Do I have out-of-network benefits for mental health coverage?

• If so, what percentage is covered?

• Is there a session limit, and if so, in what time period?

• Do I have a deductible? What is it and how much of it have I met?

• How do I submit a request for reimbursement?

• What is the reimbursement for CPT code 90791? 90834? 90837?
