Individual Psychotherapy

Dr. Duda provides individual psychotherapy for late adolescents and adults presenting with a wide range of clinical presentations and backgrounds. She practices from an integrative lens utilizing a variety of theoretical perspectives, with the goals of fostering a collaborative and authentic therapeutic environment to meet the individual needs of her clients. Her style is warm and engaged, holding an accepting/non-judgmental stance. Dr. Duda draws specifically from humanistic, relational, Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral and Dialectical Behavioral approaches to support her clients in enhancing self-awareness/insight, reducing distress, and ultimately achieving a greater quality of life.

Dr. Duda is also certified in perinatal mental health counseling (PMH-C) from Postpartum Support International (PSI). Specifically, this means I have additional expertise and knowledge in assisting clients experiencing mental health complications surrounding pregnancy.
